Our meat is bought fresh and cooked by seasoned pros. We’ve been cooking BBQ for trained judges for years and have the trophies to prove it.

Our program is designed to take the work out of fundraising.

We can provide you with personalized flyers to advertise your fundraiser, personalized order forms and will even deliver your freshly cooked BBQ to you.

Each item will be tendered in a heat-sealed poly-vinyl bag to insure quality and freshness.

Our fundraising program is created so that you and your organization raise on average $10 per item sold... with minimum work and the help of an experienced, local fundraiser to guide you through the entire process.

What meats are available:
  • Boston Butts
    We start with fresh 8-10 lb boston butts, seasoned with our own seasoning The BBQ Rub. They are slow smoked to perfection over Hickory and Cherry wood, then packaged for your clients.  Each butt will feed approx. 15-20 people.


  • Baby Back Ribs
    The ribs we use are 2 ½ lb average, full slabs of fresh Baby Back Loin Ribs.  We also give them the special treatment with The BBQ Rub. and slow smoke them over Cherry and Apple wood.  


  • Smoked Hams
    We use fresh spiral sliced hams 8-10 lb avg. smoked with Hickory and Apple wood.  At the end of the cooking process we apply a special Brown Sugar Glaze.   Each ham feeds 15-20 people.


  • Smoked Turkeys
    We offer Smoked Turkeys for Thanksgiving and Christmas.  The turkeys are 12lb average and will feed 10-12 people.   We brine the turkeys for 24 hours and then inject them with a creole butter injection.  They are smoked for 4-6 hours with Apple and Cherry wood.   Each Turkey will feed approx. 8-10 people.
