The Killer Hogs have been competing and cooking in the Memphis in May BBQ circuit for almost 10 years. After years of sharpening recipes and mastering smokers, the Killer Hogs are now a force to be reckoned with in the Memphis in May BBQ circuit as well as the Kansas City circuit.
In 2005 the Legendary Killer Hogs walked away from every Memphis in May sanctioned BBQ event proudly holding at least one trophy (not an easy feat) all the while still managing to maintain a great level of pride for themselves and respect for the other teams… all while throwing one hell of a party.
In 2006 the Killer Hogs dominated the patio porker division at the Super Bowl of Swine, the College of Pig Knowledge, The Granddaddy of Grills, The Largest Pork Barbecue Cooking Contest on the Planet, The Memphis In May World Championship Barbeque Cooking Contest, bringing home 1st Place in the Patio Porkers Division and one big trophy.
The Killer Hogs win consistently, have a good time, and exhibit good sportsmanship wherever and whenever they fire up their grills.
